If you have a passion for changing the lives of FAMILIES. This is the place for you. A good candidate for the position is a BCBA wanting to expand their skills in working in multiple environments. We rely heavily on our parent and RBT training to gain lasting results with our learners. We are looking for a self starter that is willing to research best practices and innovative ways to work with our children and families. Our billing model allows for low caseloads as well as management trainees that will assist the BCBA with their caseloads.

We are looking for BCBAs that want to share new ideas and collaborate with the child's family and multidisciplinary team.

We have relaxed work environment that values consistent dedicated work.

The BCBA will be responsible to oversee the completion of

  • Assessments
  • Programming
  • Report writing
  • Parent education
  • Collaboration with other professionals
  • RBT supervision and training
  • Conduct and engage in family and circle of care meetings
