We rely heavily on our parent and RBT training to gain lasting results with our learners. We are looking for a self starter that is willing to research best practices and innovative ways to work with our children and families. Our billing model allows for low caseloads as well as management trainees that will assist the BCBA with their caseloads.

The BCBA will be responsible to oversee the completion of

• Assessments
• Programming
• Report writing
